Hmm, might look good on a teeshirt someday, no?
Shown is the latest iteration of our popular Strada Bianca model in a 55 x 55.8cm: ST and TT are 28.6mm, DT is 31.8mm, HT is 33mm for a 1″ steerer, 14mm SS. The fork is by Wound Up and looks great with the smaller diameter steel tubing we use on these bikes.
Paint is Fiat’s Verde Chiaro with our new red script decals – I was trying for a retro Bianchi tribute look and I think it worked well. The overall scheme was initially chosen by a customer, however – Brad – but I’m smart enough to know when to appropriate.
This bike was a big hit at the recent Nahbs show in Denver where the picture was taken and is shown ready to ride the way we like: skinny tires and fenders as a winter trainer or remove the fenders and throw on some 30mm Challenge Eroica tires for gravel-road fun.
I’d like to sell this as frame, fork, headset, and fenders for $2400 – and it’s brand new, mind you – or we can do a whole bike with your choice of parts. The SRAM Red kit shown is slightly used and could be available if someone was interested.
